What to expect from care:

We consider the mark of a good Doctor to be one who gets patients to their goals as quickly as possible. Our goal is to get patients at least 50% better within a week’s time, and as close to resolved as possible within 4 visits. The patient is always in the driver’s seat for their care, so we always welcome questions, input and discussion with the patient. This also means that we structure treatment in a “PATIENT EMPOWERMENT” model, meaning that the patient learns to help heal their injury and make positive changes in their lives.

What to expect during your first visit:

Your first visit will typically take an hour and you will be moving around a bit, so wear comfortable (preferably athletic) clothes. We will send you new patient intake forms before you arrive and we request that you fill them out before your appointment, so we can spend more time working with you during your scheduled appointment time. During the first visit, we will spend more time talking about your condition and examining you-in further visits we spend less time on this. We will also send you home with exercises designed to get you out of pain or improve function in some manner! Our homework is the good kind. Come prepared to get moving and get better!

Frequently Asked Questions

“Do You Take Insurance?”

The answer to this is, unfortunately, not super simple. Everyone has different plans with different benefits. In order to better answer this question for your specific plan, I can run a free insurance verification for you! So contact us with your insurance info and we can get started on that.

“What’s the Cancellation Policy?”

Please cancel visits 24 hours in advance so we might fit someone else in who needs the help. If you have a Saturday appointment booked, please cancel 3 days in advance.
